This stair set has been around for a while and the stairs are a little longer than your average. The ground is decent and the run up is enough to jump down this thing. The set also has a rail you can go over into a ledge. It also has a rail you can over just to flat. There’s a plaza in the middle of the building which also has 2 marble ledges to hit frontside or backside.

Bust: Security here is pretty quick to tell you to leave since they have a couple guards watching the place at the same time. You have a better chance of skating the 8 stair rather than the marble ledges since the ledges are in the middle of the building and the stairs are on the outside corner. Your best bet is to skate this at night or holidays.
